My name is Jesse and I have been a keen gym goer for 15 years. Lately I have grown tired of the loud music and waiting for machines to get ready so I got the idea to set up my own home gym. This is partly what this site is about. I will write about the products that I try, and I will write about food and fitness as well, a subject close to my heart.
There are many ways to get in shape without going to the gym, but the body needs more than just exercise, it needs proper nutrition. You cant really get that from fast food, or processed foods. My strategy is simple, use real earth grown food. Just by eating and cooking real food with fresh ingredients you can really go much wrong.
I am also a keen believer in the power of antioxidants and try to eat a lot of raw vegetables and fruit every day.
Getting in shape means more than just exercising, you need to mind your food as well. Is it really worth it? Well, ask your self, is feeling better everyday worth it?
