But it really is not that difficult. It does however require that you cook with good quality foods. You have to stop buying processed foods, and buy real earth grown food. You cannot really go wrong if you just eat a varied diet, of earth grown foods, with lots of veggies and fruits.
That is the base of a good diet, and as easy as it comes. Eat real food, do not eat processed crap. Eliminate sugar.
You cannot get good health without a good diet, you the diet, and the exercise to get a good start at feeling better.
But even so, it is just a start. Wellness is a journey, but it is a journey that feels good!
